General Policy
As a registered non-profit organization, all donations are considered final and non-refundable. Your contribution is immediately allocated to support our ongoing projects, including audio book production, equipment, and volunteer resources.

Error in Donation Amount
If you believe an error has occurred during your donation process (e.g., a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount charged due to a technical fault), please contact us immediately at nationalaudiolibrary@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and work with you and our payment processor to resolve any genuine errors.
