General Policy
As a registered organization, all service interactions are considered final. Your contribution is immediately allocated to support our ongoing projects, including audio book production, equipment, and volunteer resources.

Error in Service Process
If you believe an error has occurred during your service process (e.g., a duplicate transaction or an incorrect entry due to a technical fault), please contact us immediately at nationalaudiolibrary@gmail.com within 48 hours of the activity. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any genuine errors.
